To request a replacement:

• Notify us within 1-2 days of receiving the product.
• Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect (photos or videos).
• Products will be replaced within 10-12 days.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
